In one hand, Red Bull witnessed winning run, it was not a smooth ride for two F1 contenders McLaren and Ferrari that have been establishing tradition for long in the sport. The Italian racing legend has could not attain win a grand prix in the entire year, while the other one failed to score any point for the third race in a row for the very first time in the past five years. That was intolerable for a squad like McLaren, Ferrari also had similar sufferings. It is a setback for the big teams,” said McEvoy in his article.
Another expert of F1 sport Kevin Eason of the “The Times” has said that McLaren with his recent moves are slowly heading towards mediocrity. The Guardian has also criticized Button for his not so focused mindset in the recent races. F1 expert Paul Waver wrote that, “Lewis Hamilton is coming up as a rare talent by winning four crucial races consecutively and the dominance that Hamilton showed in Barcelona; it is proved that he could be a nightmare for fellow drivers in the coming grand prix.” But there is hardly any good news for the McLaren as the team failed to score any point in the Australian GP. Similar worries from experts from across the globe have come from Button also who has not achieved even a single point in the last three races.
